Swaminathan Mani

Mr. Swaminathan Mani is the Director of Technology/Delivery at Seneca Global and be brings in over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Information Technology.

Mr. Mani has varied experience in delivering mission critical engineering, software and related products and services, with global delivery. He was a big part of many “first in India” Information Technology initiatives over the past three decades. A big practitioner of collaborative software delivery, he built very successful software product delivery teams in India to deliver services to clients in USA and Europe. Being an entrepreneur and being on both sides of software products (buyer, developer/seller) over the years, he is uniquely positioned to appreciate the customer needs better and to provide appropriate technology solutions to meet the customer needs. He has experience in building delivery team with the highest levels of customer satisfaction, lowest levels of attrition and highest levels of quality that includes ISO 9001:2000 and SEI/CMM Level 5.

Mr. Mani was formerly Director of Alliance Consulting IT Services Private Limited and divine India Limited (NASDAQ: DVIN). Prior to that, he started his career with State Government of Missouri and worked with IFFCO.

Mr. Mani holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Technology, Benaras Hindu University,, India and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Michigan State University.
