Dr. RC Sastry has more than 40 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Business Process Reengineering, Performance Improvement and Organization Culture Building in leading multi national corporations, Public and Private Sector organizations. He has successfully managed complex Change Management and interrelated Organizational Development process in diverse industries including manufacturing, banking, FMCG, IT and service industries in reputed organizations like Punjab National Bank, ITC, VST and Satyam Computer Services.
While at Satyam, his innovative HR policies and practices helped Satyam ramp up from 250 employees to 6,500 employees in a short span of 3 years and the employee turnover was brought down from 32% to 16%.
He is currently an independent consultant. He has delivered several lectures, key note addresses and chaired seminar forums related Human Resource Management, Leadership and Value based Management. He has several publications to his credit.
He holds a PhD from Lucknow University, M.Phil from Annamalai University, Masters degree in Social Work and Bachelors degree in Economics from Andhra University.
