Rao Tummalapalli

Mr. Rao Tummalapalli is the Managing Director at Seneca Global and he brings in over 20 years of technology and management experience in Information Technology.

Mr. Tummalapalli has built very successful organizations with (SEI/CMM Level 5 and ISO 9001:2000) global delivery capability and a world class management team. After spending 12 years in USA, he returned to India in 1998 to start his own global IT services firm with operations in Chicago, IL and Hyderabad, India. A successful entrepreneur, his expertise includes change management and delivery of mission critical services with global delivery.

Mr. Tummalapalli was formerly Managing Director at Alliance Consulting IT Services Private Limited and divine India Limited (NASDAQ: DVIN). Prior to that, he started his career with Bell Atlantic, Inc. (now Verizon Communications, Inc.) and worked with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Dow Jones & Company, Inc. to deliver software solutions for Wall Street.

Mr. Tummalapalli holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Technological University, India and Masters degrees in Computer Science and Civil (Structural) Engineering from West Virginia University.
