Jeff Marshall

Jeff joined Seneca Global in 2008 as VP of Global Delivery. He brings over twenty five reliable and successful years of delivery experience, spread across enterprise development, consulting, business operations and as an independent software entrepreneur.

Jeff's primary role is to ensure that customer’s needs are well understood and expectations are exceeded. Seneca Global uses agile and other effective techniques, based upon project needs and previous success to help your organization do more faster.

Prior to joining Seneca Global, Jeff was the Director of Product Engineering at iNautix USA, an affiliate of Pershing, LLC where he was chief software architect. During that time he helped to reshape technical architecture of the firm and ensure that the first two years of a spin off were successful. Previously to Pershing, Jeff was the CTO and President of Paragon Software a product and services firm that focused on middleware products for niche markets and enterprise frameworks and custom applications.

Jeff is an expert on scaling knowledge, people and practices. He has built delivery organizations from the ground up and helped reshape and promote the strengths of established organizations.
