Edward V. Szofer

Mr. Edward V. Szofer is the President and CEO at Seneca Global and he brings in over 25 years of management experience in Information Technology and related industries.

Mr. Szofer has built very profitable businesses and has achieved explosive growth for the enterprises he has led. Growth strategies implemented include organic growth via introduction of new lines of business, geographic office expansion, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and diverse business partnerships. He has many years of board level and executive management experience with various publicly held multi-national companies and guided businesses from start up to over $1 billion in revenue and market capitalization of over $4 billion. He has very rich international experience that includes Pacific Rim, India and Europe.

Mr. Szofer was formerly Executive Vice President at Alliance Consulting Group, Inc., President, Professional Services at divine, Inc. (NASDAQ: DVIN), and President and Chief Operating Officer at Whittman Hart, Inc. (NASDAQ: WHIT).

Mr. Szofer holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago and attended Mainline Masters Consulting Training Program at Arthur Andersen & Co.
