Communication
Seneca Global understands that communication
is a vital component of this engagement model and places great

collaborative communication tools
- Access to project trackers
and records of offshore team for review of project status
at any time
- Offshore team works flexible
hours to ensure their availability during working hours
of onsite team
- A 15 minute India end-of-day
status call (as required) to customer representative to
update status of activities for the day and any open issues.
